Dialogue-based order entry

Order entry is used, among other things, to enter fax orders or receive orders from customers in a call center. The application guides the user through the process of order entry and simultaneously validates the entered data. Among other things, customer data, article data, the customer's purchasing authorization, customer-specific offers, order quantities, substitution articles, batch specifications and rationing are checked. The application offers configuration options to perform different interactions during order entry with direct customer contact than, for example, when entering a fax order. In order to use the application even more effectively, the dialog guidance for the entry process is designed in such a way that order entry is only possible using the keyboard.
