The application is intended to form an introduction to the MS Word program, in order to ensure a standardized document appearance. It is intended to provide prepared text modules and enable entry of freely formulated text parts. In order to make the application attractive to employees, it should provide access to the central address database. The application is intended to be used to create the document types: letter, minutes/log, memo and contract; contracts are to be stored in the database and protected against changes.

The project did not advance beyond the prototype stage; due to internal decisions, the customer showed no further interest in the project.
