Brief description
Since the specialists group works with many IDVs (individual data processing) in line with market requirements, it needs a suitable storage structure that supports the daily business process. In addition, new employees should be able to quickly find their way around the day-to-day business by means of work instructions. For this reason, the file directories are being restructured in line with market requirements and the work instructions are being updated.
Supplement
IDV's are individually developed smaller applications, which are often created by employees of departments using MS Office tools. They are therefore often not subject to the regulated operation of the solutions operated by the IT department.
Subject description
The updated work instructions combined with the new file structures ensure a smoother inspection process for daily market conformity checks. They regulate the inspection, the inspection method and the use of IDVs. In this way, they aim to achieve a more uniform execution of the work steps, reduce the error rate, ensure the quality of work and a homogeneous training of new employees.
