E-mail-based interface for issuing orders

Brief description
In the context of order processing, orders were made available at the start of the project for processing via a Web portal. Order acceptance and order confirmation, together with any feedback on the order, had to be performed manually using this portal. The aim of the project was to set up an email-based interface for automatically receiving orders and loading them to the system. The order confirmation and corresponding order notifications were also to be performed automatically via this interface.
