Brief description
In part one of the Project, a company within the company group is relocated to another SAP System. Part two of the Project consists of the Setting up of the IT-Cost Centers of the company Group within the same SAP System.
Supplement
Part one of the Project: Relocation of a company to another SAP System. Support during the Migration process. Adjustment of modules FI/CO and introduction of Profit Center Accountig, Profability Analysis and MM/SD. It is planned to integrate Salesforce processes later. Part two of the Project: Creation of IT-cost Centers, matching Project structures and invoicing to company Group in SAP.
Subject description
When creating and adjusting the Customizing, Special Business processes of the company should be in Focus without loosing flexibility. Aim of this part of the Project is to have better reporting Tools for the Profit Centers and the possiblity to ease the outsourcing of company parts. The creation of IT-cost Centers and the Project structures in SAP helps to monitor IT-Projects.
