In the context of an invitation to tender for development and operation of a new IT software solution for connecting diagnostic analysis equipment and near-patient laboratory diagnostic equipment, information systems, middleware and other software solutions to the customer network, a requirements catalog is compiled together with the customer in order to estimate total operating costs. This is then checked for completeness and consistency, coordinated and documented.
