Evaluation of different commercial CRM solutions for use in field sales for insurance. In a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) study, salesforce.com and Pegasystems are evaluated as commercial CRM providers in terms of their usability by the customer field sales force.

The objective of this project is to compare the two systems with practical examples of use cases taken from the real world.
