Evaluation of master data management with a connected customer portal

Brief description
For long-term high-performance support of the everyday business processes of the customer, a new, central master data management is introduced including a reporting component as well as connected online customer portal.
Supplement
The task of PTA is to evaluate the existing master data management, the customer portal as well as the reporting component and to include the covered technical and non-technical range of functions in a requirement catalog. Furthermore, PTA works out the new requirements on new systems which have previously not been covered, together with the customer. In order to include the requirements, the system documentation and existing systems are evaluated, and interviews are conducted with the customer's employees.
Subject description
The current decentralized master data management is replaced by a new centralized MDM system (master data management system) which is accessed by the entire system environment. In addition, a modern customer portal solution is introduced for phasing out various customer portals already existing at the customer. The new reporting component will create reports by accessing the master data management, and these reports will be embedded both in the customer portal and on the homepage.
