Evaluation of proxy solutions

Due to the heterogeneous environment for proxy and load balancer solutions at the customer's premises, the feasibility of an interface-based infrastructure service is to be evaluated. For this purpose, the requirements of current and potential internal customers for a proxy solution are recorded. In a decision matrix the candidates are evaluated and prioritized against the requirements. During the evaluation, performance tests are performed and evaluated for selected solutions. For the appropriate proxy solutions, a proposal for setting up a centralized as well as a decentralized solution will be worked out. The implementation of the project was carried out according to a PM customer standard with the management and technical and professional advice from PTA.
