Expansion of contract management in a raw material system

Brief description
The existing contract management system is being expanded to include the integration of faba bean contracts. The aim is to integrate the entire contract management process for faba beans efficiently and seamlessly into the existing system landscape, while at the same time ensuring the automated creation of contract documents.
Supplement
The entire contract process is controlled by the implementation and management of workflows, whereby the process can be flexibly adapted via customizing so that future requirements can be easily integrated. The relevant contract documents are generated as XML and stored in a document management system (DMS). Technically, the system is based on a Java-based architecture with Spring components. In addition, the service is made available to other systems via Remote Method Invocation (RMI). The contracts are managed and maintained by a department in a web application (WebDynpro).
Subject description
The aim of the project is to develop a flexible solution that makes it possible to create contracts for new products, such as faba beans, and integrate them seamlessly into the existing contract management system. This enables a continuous process chain, from contract creation and contract management through to offfering and reporting.
