Expansion of dunning system

Brief description
For years now, the customer has an intranet application designed and created by PTA for share price calculation of real estate funds. As part of an expansion to the software, dialog boxes will be revised and adapted to the new technical requirements. PTA incorporates the customer's requirements and implements them by means of a concept created by PTA.

The application is implemented in a multiple-layer architecture. The user interface is implemented as a web/intranet application in PHP. The data handling and business logic is implemented in RDBMS Oracle.
Subject description
Certain documents must be obtained regularly for the properties and property companies of the real estate funds. These documents include balance sheets, certified annual financial statements, market value appraisals, and documents relating to the purchase and sale of properties and real estate companies. The dunning process supports the department in monitoring the respective deadlines.
