Extension of the notification, protocol and report functions in EEG2.0 + EEG Internet portal

Brief description

Some of the workflows in the EEG application and the EEG Internet portal need to be logged more precisely with regard to auditing acceptability, and email notifications need further development on the one hand and also some upgrade to a more modern form of presentation (HTML format). On the other hand, the administrator on the customer side needs editor access to the particular email templates. The project initially includes the provision of the necessary database structures and functions including the integration of various protocol tables in various EEG2.0 dialogs. A configuration dialog including an overview list of existing email templates is then provided in EEG2.0 with a simple HTML editor both in this dialog and in various other specific dialogs in which emails generated generically for certain processes can be individually adapted if need be. In addition, a test dispatch of the generated emails is also provided in these dialogs.

Supplement

The transmission provider processes the EEG using a Java-based distributed application with the Apache TomEE application server and Oracle as the database, and on their customers' side within their EEG-Internet web portal based on the Apache Tomcat web server as well as another Oracle database.

Subject description

According to the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG), a transmission provider has the following responsibilities: (a) Discharge and reimbursement of the energy received by the distribution system operators within the transmission provider's control area, as defined by EEG, and the accruing market premiums in the case of direct marketing. (b) Recording the energy received (quantity and chronological sequence) and the reimbursement payments made. (c) Horizontal adjustment: Adjusting the received energy and the reimbursements provided among the 4 transmission providers in Germany. (d) Marketing the energy remaining with the transmission provider after horizontal adjustment. (e) Proportionate distribution of the incurred costs to all electricity supply companies supplying end consumers within its control area.
