Reflect processes upon agreement on a construction finance product in the system and replace the existing incorrect Access system. Development based on a previously-developed framework.
Subject description
Upon agreement of a financing contract between a customer and a provider, the sales (commissions) are posted in the system. Inbound payments are reflected and then any possible outbound payments are generated to intermediate agents. The payment flows are exported for tax accounting. The data form the basis for management reporting.
