Further development of a CRM system

This IT project is part of our digitalization and optimization of our customers’ IT landscape. Through targeted measures, we promote technological progress, optimize cross-system processes and create a sustainable basis for future developments. Our IT reference projects serve as a basis for orientation. They support the reusability of tried and tested concepts as part of project implementation.

Brief description

Further development of an existing CRM system, functional expansion, bug-fixing, connection of various portals and newly developed web services, ordering and adaptation of digital customer services.

Supplement

Stable operation of a CRM system and its needs-based functional extensions are the main part of PTA role in this project.

Subject description

As part of the digitization offensive, possibilities are being created in CRM to call up new web portals for tariffing, claims reporting and data management purposes from the customer dialogue or contract, to display policies concluded in the web portals and claims reports in the CRM, to display and adapt existing digital customer services and order new ones.
