Brief description
Support for and further development of the personnel management module of a back office application that makes it possible to enter, display and process working hours, create work schedules and management employee data.
Supplement
The back office here is a standalone application implemented in Java with an Oracle database that communicates with other back office and administration systems by means of workflows in Lotus Notes. The application is enhanced to include various modules (e.g. personnel management) that are also developed in Java. The application is used worldwide in Suse Linux 7.3 and Windows 2003 Server.
Subject description
Working hours are recorded in the branches by means of a terminal that transfers the data to the HR module. The data is formatted there and it can be adjusted, displayed and sent to the relevant company for settlement.
