Governance BPMN Process Engine

Brief description
The customer already uses Camunda for process modelling and process automation. PTA has the task to evaluate and optimize the existing results of the modelling and the technical implementation. Furthermore, the process has to be defined from the creation of functional process models to process automation and operation. In addition to the organizational structures and processes, the technical details of the process automation have to be defined with Camunda as developer guideline. At the end of the project the customer has a uniform and comprehensive procedure description for the realization of his business processes.

At the technical level, the PTA analyses the processes automated by BPMN 2.0 in the Camunda software. This involves the use of BPMN 2.0 elements, the use of DMN and the connection of external services from the processes. On the business side, the analysis of the business processes takes place. The use of the BPMN elements and the integration of the processes into the process landscape must be checked. The third point is the analysis of the organizational structures and procedures for the IT implementation of business processes.
Subject description
Nowadays, business processes are subject to frequent changes, so that IT adjustments can be implemented promptly. With this project result, an optimization of the organizational structures and processes, as well as the functional process description including technical process implementation takes place. This allows new requirements to be systematically and efficiently analyzed and implemented. Thus, technical requirements can be quality-assured and productively implemented in a timely manner.
