Extension of a CRM with the feature of being able to give a signed permission for direct marketing as quickly as possible.
Subject description
The existing process for granting permission for direct marketing on behalf of the customer requires changes of each individual communications channel and granting this permission explicitly per channel. Only then a signature can be given. The new feature allows for direct access to the point of giving the signature without having to address each communications channel individually.
