Implementation of an application for the central management of energy industry data
Brief description
The new application forms the necessary basis for managing energy industry and metering point-related data. It is to become the leading system for energy industry data and supply the required information to the peripheral systems via interfaces. The new application supports the current commodity product portfolio of two companies and also enables future products to be easily integrated into the processes. PTA is responsible for the Angular front-end development and supports the back-end development and quality assurance of the system.

Technologically, the application is based on a .NET backend microservice architecture with a PostgreSQL database and an Angular frontend architecture. The quality is ensured with unit tests. The application is operated in the Microsoft Azure Cloud. The team is organized with a Jira board based on the Scrum approach.
Subject description
The aim of the application is to create a technical basis to enable end-to-end automated process processing from the sales process to contract creation and processing through to the end of the contract term. Furthermore, the process processing should be scalable in order to be able to process the growing business with high performance in the future.
