Implementation of EMIR Reporting
Project duration: 4 months
Brief description
First implementation of the regulatory reporting EMIR for financial transactions. The tasks include the analysis, support of the business people with regard to the possibilities of mapping as well as advice to the technical contact persons.
Supplement
The EMIR reporting is done from Endur and sends all data to a Seeburger BIS system, which handles the communication with the registrar. The purpose of the analysis is, among other things, to determine which data can already be supplied from the existing Endur implementation and where the data model needs to be extended.
Subject description
The client must comply with his obligation to report derivative transactions under Art. 9 EMIR. To this end, the transactions affected must be reported to a trade repository no later than the day following the day on which the trade was carried out. For reasons of efficiency, the customer would like to automate this reporting as much as possible.
