The regulatory requirements for switching suppliers within 24 hours (LFW24) necessitate extensive adjustments to market processes and message formats in market communications for all market roles in the energy sector. In market communications, the customer assumes the market roles of both the supplier and the metering point operator. PTA supports the customer in analyzing and optimizing business processes, implementing regulatory requirements in the central master data system, and harmonizing the processes for both market roles within the customer´s system.
