Installer Lab middleware
Brief description
A setup is to be built for the 'Labormiddleware' application. The setup contains data for pre-configuring the software, which makes it easier for users to install it and get it up and running quickly.
Supplement
The setup for the laboratory middleware is created using the 'Inno Setup' development tool. The pre-configurations that are important for the setup are the latest versions of Microsoft .NET (currently: .NET 9.0.0) and MS SQL Server (currently: MS SQL Server 2022). After the pre-configurations, an SQL script is imported. The application can then be assembled with the corresponding pre-configurations.
Subject description
The laboratory middleware is a tool for networking laboratories that has been under development since July 2024 to date. It is installed in laboratories and configured according to the requirements of the laboratory IT infrastructure. A setup of the application is to be built so that customers can also use this software. Once the standard software has been created, customers can install and use the laboratory middleware.
