Integration SAP – CRM interfaces for master and transaction data

This IT project is part of our digitalization and optimization of our customers’ IT landscape. Through targeted measures, we promote technological progress, optimize cross-system processes and create a sustainable basis for future developments. Our IT reference projects serve as a basis for orientation. They support the reusability of tried and tested concepts as part of project implementation.

Brief description

In the course of rolling out an SAP template, the data relevant for the SAP service management is integrated into a CRM system and the processes. The activities comprise design of the tasks on the basis of a gap analysis, coordination of the teams on the SAP and CRM sides as well as supporting the integration and acceptance tests.

Supplement

The system environment includes not only SAP ERP 6.0 and CRM Sales force but also an integration layer comprising SAP PI and an Enterprise Service Bus based on Microsoft BizTalk.
