Internal OKR Management Tool

Brief description
A customized tool is being developed to efficiently document and manage the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) of the Project Management Business Unit. The resulting OKR management software is precisely tailored to the OKR process used within the business unit, which aligns with the standard OKR methodology. The AI-powered platforms Claude CoWorks and Claude Code are being used for implementation and supporting documentation. The project team is steering the AI-based development by clearly defining the requirements and formulating targeted prompts.

The project team uses a two-stage AI-powered approach. In Phase 1, Claude CoWorks uses prompts to generate a requirements document, which is then refined in stakeholder workshops. In Phase 2, Claude uses these specifications to generate front-end, back-end, and database schema code and iteratively refines it; at the same time, a risk and vulnerability analysis is conducted, and its findings are implemented immediately. Technically, the solution is based on React+TypeScript, Vite, and Material-UI on the front end, as well as FastAPI+Python 3.12, SQLAlchemy, and PostgreSQL 16 on the back end. Authentication is handled via JWT (PyJWT) and bcrypt; everything runs via Docker Compose on an intranet VM. React Query provides centralized caching, and soft deletes replace hard deletes.
