The Internal Software Platform (ISP) is a central technical foundation for the implementation of internal business processes at PTA. It enables the integration of various systems and services via standardized interfaces and ensures consolidated data management. Its modular architecture supports efficient further development and flexible expandability. The platform is designed for scalability and reusability and is continuously adapted to new requirements. It plays a key role in the digital transformation of internal processes.
Supplement
The ISP is based on a microservice-oriented architecture that enables flexible scaling and independent further development of individual components. Third-party systems such as CRM, document, and accounting solutions are connected via specialized connectors. The platform meets high security requirements through strict access controls, encrypted communication, and role-based permissions. Automation through DevOps processes ensures efficient provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance of services. Containerization ensures a consistent runtime environment and facilitates integration into modern cloud infrastructures.
Subject description
The ISP's DevOps environment is based on GitTea as a repository platform and uses dedicated runners for automated CI/CD processes. Security-related aspects such as SSL encryption and the integration of EntraID for authentication and authorization are firmly established. The services are provided in containers via Docker, which enables a consistent and scalable infrastructure. Sensitive configuration data and access information are managed centrally and securely in vaults.
