Introducing Windows 7 for field staff

Brief description
Updating the CRM software as part of the introduction of Windows 7 as the new operating system on field staff computers. Parts of the CRM software are to be converted to 64 bit in the process. One focus is on checking and adapting user rights.

With the introduction of Windows 7 as the operating system, the final conversion of the database engine for the SQL Anywhere database to 64 bit will now be completed together with other "low-level" components. These latter include the central control service, for example.
Subject description
Due to the comprehensive changes, e.g. 64 bit or user accounts and user rights, that are involved in the change of operating system, another focus here is on ensuring the quality of the individual software that is to be installed. This includes full availability of all functions and performance, among other criteria.
