Brief description
The introduction of a Jira project created complete transparency for all activities relating to the operation, maintenance and replacement of a host application. The specialist department was involved and Scrum was initialized and successfully introduced as a procedure.
Supplement
Through long-term support and coaching, the benefits of Jira and Scrum were progressively introduced. This increased the acceptance of both the Jira tool and the Scrum method. Through the connection to Confluence, Jira is also integrated into the system documentation without loss. Furthermore, various dashboards and filters have been created and enhanced together with the customer.
Subject description
All important processes in the Scrum framework that require visualization are easily represented with Jira. The entire team has access and maintains an overview of the tasks agreed with the business departments and customers. Jira supports teamwork and simplifies communication with the business department as well. The amount of emails and meetings could be drastically reduced.
