Introduction of a digital platform for certificate management of guarantees of origin (GoO)
Brief description
The aim of the project is to introduce the digital platform CerQlar for certificate management and the automated allocation of Guarantees of Origin (GoO) and other Energy Attribute Certificates (EACs) as well as contracts. CerQlar, a SaaS solution, is connected to the central energy trading system Endur for data exchange via middleware. The tasks of the PTA in this project include business analysis, test management, and the definition and execution of test cases.
Supplement
CerQlar is a digital SAAS platform that automates the management of Guarantees of Origin (GoOs) and other energy attribute certificates. CerQlar enables traders to propose, adjust, and confirm allocations based on defined logic such as available volume, delivery dates, and building block combinations. It also ensures that GoOs are allocated efficiently, prevents double allocations, and supports proactive portfolio management through advance allocations. The project is being carried out agile, with Azure DevOps being used to track the various tasks and any defects found.
Subject description
The biggest challenge in the project is the limited availability of business and key users, which makes it difficult to define the target processes. In addition, a reorganization took place a few months ago, which has led to significant ambiguities and additional manual work in the actual processes and their responsibilities.
