Brief description
Within the framework of the introduction of a new VDI structure (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) for application provisioning, infrastructure provisioning, to define and implement the migration of users and the test management necessary processes.

The task includes defining the necessary templates, the conceptual design of the test process, error management, and tool-assisted implementation of these processes for IT service management.
Subject description
ServiceNow is implemented as the IT service management tool. This has not yet been used to support the testing activities. The specifications for mapping the test activities therefore had to be developed and documented.
