Brief description
Specification, programming and documentation of an inventory management for GxP-relevant assets and equipment and CSV-relevant (computerized system validation) documents and processes.
Supplement
The project is based on a requirement specification and will be implemented and documented via the phases solution specification and technical design regarding CSV-rules. Audit trails have to be created so that changes of electronic records may be monitored.
Subject description
For validation and compliance purposes different inventory lists will be gathered in one harmonized list. At the moment a lot of files exist (e. g. in MS Excel) which have to be consolidated.
