Issuing an electronic confirmation of insurance

Brief description
For one of the world's largest insurers, the CRM system is to be adapted to enable brokers to quickly issue an electronic insurance confirmation to customers outside the consulting process.
Supplement
The existing procedure for issuing an electronic insurance confirmation is to be replaced by a new web service. The issue is to take place independently of the actual consulting process, so that the agent can issue the confirmation to the customer in just a few steps. The customer data stored during the awarding process should then be able to be accessed by the agent via a technical interface in the sales software and used for an insurance proposal.
Subject description
The redesign of the existing electronic insurance confirmation system is intended to improve user-friendliness. This should not only result in the customer receiving an insurance confirmation more quickly, it should also relieve the burden on the agent and lead to an increase in productivity.
