IT assessment process workshop
Brief description
Process workshop on ERP selection. With the help of the event storming method, a common understanding of the customer's core processes is established in cooperation with the customer. During the workshop a visualization takes place, which is used by the PTA to analyze and evaluate suitable ERP tools.

Event Storming is a communicative method in which knowledge and understanding about a specific, delimited area of knowledge or processes are developed and visualized together and across disciplines or departments in a workshop.
Subject description
The workshop had the goal of presenting the company's value chain from purchasing to the customer. The IT assessment process is intended to apply to the company and to identify potential weaknesses during analysis and recording of the current situation. The IT assessment is then considered the first milestone for, for example, the vision and target image of IT in the company and can be taken as the basis for the evaluation of software.
