Brief description
Interim filling of an internal position as IT enterprise architect, design of target architectures, integration of software systems into the IT development plan, support of departments and IT development in the creation of system architectures, coordination of development and operation in the requirements analysis. Development of an end-to-end architecture process, development of guidelines and standards for the use of cloud services (especially Azure). Training and introduction of a new line architect.

The customer owns a complex IT landscape consisting of standard software components and complete in-house developments, which are connected by a middleware solution based on TIBCO EMS. The IT enterprise researcher's task is both to advise developers and specialist departments on the selection and location of new IT systems in the customer's IT landscape and to act as an enabler and supporter in the implementation of projects.

General IT-strategic consulting within the scope of a line function as enterprise architect. The enterprise architecture staffs and supports the interface between IT and business processes. Management of the implementation of a cloud strategy including governance. Introduction of simple and highly complex standard solutions into the IT landscape. Ongoing support of complex individual software solutions. Advising the business departments on the selection and introduction of software.
