ITSM Tool: Enhancement to Requirements Management Application Area

Brief description
The company-wide used ITSM tool OmniTracker of the company OmniNet (ITSM = IT Service Management) is extended by the area of requirements management. In this context, the PTA is responsible for the necessary technical preparation of the CMDB (Configuration Management Database). This includes structural extensions of the data management as well as various adjustments of import processes. Furthermore, an adaptation of the user interface will be implemented in coordination with key user groups.
