Brief description
In the course of the company-wide Windows 10 introduction, the ITSM tool OmniTracker (ITSM = IT Service Management) will be extended in the area of automated imports and exports. Furthermore, the migration of data management from SQL Server 2008 to version 2016 will take place. System tests will be carried out in coordination and cooperation with relevant users and administrators of the tool.
