ITSM Tool: Migration to Current Version

Brief description
The company-wide ITSM tool OmniTracker from Omninet (ITSM = IT Service Management) is migrated to the current version. PTA adapts existing data structures and models, adapts existing application interfaces to the current GUI design and adapts application objects and workflows. Extensive tests involving the KeyUser ensure the required quality of the migration work.
