The openKONSEQUENZ is a cooperative that jointly develops a software platform (the 'openKONSEQUENZ platform'). It promotes the development of openKONSEQUENZ modules for the operation of energy and water networks, which are made available to the public under an open source license. For the project management the platform Jira is used. The support for Jira is provided by the PTA.

The support includes, among other things, the provision of projects in Jira, the authorization of users, advising users on the functionality and communication with operator Atlassian.
