Brief description
Involvement in the introduction of job controlling using Redwood Cronacle in an SAP Retail system. Enhancement and monitoring of job processing, which controls comprehensive processing of ALE/IDoc messages, in particular.
Supplement
Redwood Cronacle is provided by SAP as an OEM version. This enables external control of jobs for SAP systems. It can be installed either in the SAP system or on an external server.
Subject description
Job control is used in 24 hour operation, 7 days a week. It controls the interface processing between central enterprise resource planning, the branch system, the inventory management systems and the supplier portal, in particular. Communication is mainly processed by means of IDocs. In addition, processing is supported for notices of defects, auditing of accounts and penalization.
