KUBUS: calculating and settling specifications

Brief description
Launch and long-term support for a system for calculating and settling orders in construction and plant engineering projects. The system is linked to SAP R/3 via interfaces. The scope of services includes recording, analyzing, summarizing and evaluating customer requirements. The functional requirements are specified and costs are estimated in conjunction with the software supplier. Furthermore, new releases are tested, implemented and end users and administrators are trained in the new functions. At the same time, documentation, manuals and guidelines are drawn up and published.
Supplement
The Kubus construction project control system is to be further developed and supported by Capgemini Systems GmbH (previously HOCHTIEF Software GmbH). The data is stored on the basis of Oracle and Access databases. Kubus adds the cost accounting, project controlling and settlement modules to expand the SAP R/3 functions in plant engineering business processes.
