In order to achieve admission deadlines, the complex activities need to be managed and made transparent to the whole department. Therefore PTA takes on a moderation and analysis role to decide whether the defined product specifications should be implemented as part of a standard software solution or an individual software development. Special attention is applied to incorporate the internal IT as well as to respect the applied way of activities.
