Brief description
Analysis and introduction of a document management system that works throughout the group, across locations and regardless of departments. This document management system shall provide the rules, working instructions and work equipment in the intranet, depending on the employee. The IRM from Microsoft prevents simple copying of the documents.
Supplement
The authorization to access specific documents is controlled via an organizational database, which automatically enables employees to access the necessary documents on the basis of their classification in the company organization and the characterization of the employee's functions.
Subject description
Organized hierarchical structures and a full text search are available for easy access. An automatic notification informs users about new or changed documents, depending on the user's function, which department the user works for, or the user's personal subscriptions.
