Master data matching

Brief description
Concept of a new development for supporting master data matching between three software systems. The existing Excel solution only provides inadequate support for the user. 'Data storage' takes place in Excel, the data import takes too long, the Excel solution is unstable. PTA creates the technical concept for a new implementation of the master data matching which is integrated into an existing intranet application.
Subject description
Upstream processes supply two CSV files every day, each containing master data differences between two bank systems. The user imports the supplied files with the Excel solution which visually processes the master data deviations and detects the newly supplied data deviations on the basis of the Excel file from the previous day. New deviations are analyzed by the user and rectified by dealing with the master data deviations personally or passing them on to the supplying departments for correction. The measure taken is documented in the Excel file.
