Migrating an IDP application to an AUDI data warehouse

Brief description
An existing IDP application for supporting the audit is integrated into an existing data warehouse. The standalone application is replaced by a client/server solution. The tasks include analyzing the legacy application, and designing and implementing the new system.
Supplement
The existing IDP application is based on MS Access. The functional requirements for the new application are implemented using stored procedures (PL/SQL) and tables/views in an Oracle database/data warehouse (DWH). MS Excel is used on an interim basis as the front end. In later expansion stages, Cognos tools will be used. In addition to the online application, the scope of the task also includes providing the necessary data in the DWH.
Subject description
An evaluation stock is provided each month. By entering individual selection criteria, the user can query the audit for specific critical risks. The system determines both the most critical cases (tops) and also randomly selected samples.
