Brief description
Migration of an insurer's existing distributed CRM system (fat client) to a cloud-based solution. The focus here is on data migration to the new central system

Particular challenges are in the area of data migration from decentralized data storage to a central environment which is to be defined during the project. Here, particular emphasis is placed on making the cut of the newly created architecture vertically in order to enable genuine end-to-end responsibility of the individual areas. Data mapping and defining the chronological order of the agencies to be migrated (from simple to complex) are important aspects of this process.
Subject description
Many of the stakeholders' technical requirements cannot be implemented in the previous decentralized architecture, or only with great effort. These include topics such as customer advisories, next-best-offer approaches, lead generation from various business transactions and a deeper integration of agent and back-office processes. The project will also be used to simplify and standardize many complex solutions that have been developed over the years.
