Migration of an cloud application from OpenShift to Kubernetes
Project duration: 1 year
Brief description
To save costs and become less dependent on the current cloud provider, a cloud application for premium calculation of a private health insurance is migrated from OpenShift to Kubernetes.
Supplement
The previous OpenShift environment will be replaced by a pure Kubernetes environment. Configuration files as well as build and deployment scripts have to be adapted for this. Routing is done via the service mesh istio. The PTA undertakes the adaptation of the scripts as well as the configuration of the environment (e.g. Secrets).
Subject description
A web service for premium calculation of a private health insurance is migrated. The web service will be integrated by end customer application lines as well as clerk applications.
