Conversion of an MS Access-based solution for centralized management of user IDs and access rights for the company's core systems to SQL Server 2008 data storage.

The data storage of the existing central user administration is migrated from MS Access to SQL Server 2008. In this connection, far-reaching optimizations of the data model are implemented and the application interface is adapted to the current user requirements. In addition, the technical processes for synchronization with the Windows Active Directory and the IDCenter central authentication solution from Siemens are swapped out and optimized in the form of Windows services.
