Migration of loading system control

Brief description
Porting of an existing individual software to control the loading of mineral oil products into an up-to-date system environment.
Supplement
The software for the loading control was developed with Visual Studio 6.0 (C++/MFC) for Windows NT. In the context of a general system update to a current Windows version, a porting of the existing software is necessary. For this purpose, a migration strategy for the existing code base will be developed and the existing software ported. A new development and test environment is set up and the applications and libraries are created using Visual Studio 2013 for Windows 7.
