Brief description
Design and implementation of an intranet application for the monitoring, display and communication of storage and market risks. The application covers the requirements resulting from the AIFMD (Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive) guidelines of the European Union.

Subject description
The application must have functions that meet the listed regulatory requirements in accordance with the BaFin custodian bank circular (6/2010) and AIFMD. These include: monitoring, display and communication of storage and market risks and selection criteria for the capital investment companies; monitoring and display of storage chains; provision, checking and monitoring of the necessary required documents (3-point declaration, legal opinion, etc.); checking of (sub-)storage network to avoid conflicts of interest and to check for and avoid potential storage risks; entry, evaluation and verification of due-diligence checks of the storage network.
