Brief description
New development of a Notes application with which a transportation company can process accidents. Management of incidents (accidents, occurrences) in order to determine costs and claims, and for statistical evaluations. Providing support for documentation and processing in the accident office and legal department.
Supplement
In some cases very protracted processes (several years). Integration of other areas such as Dispatcher/Fault reporting center (Notes) and financial accounting (SAP). Interaction of 6 Notes databases. Barely structured processes and very individual approach to problems by the departments demand very flexible and robust solutions.

From the analysis of the actual state to functional and data processing design to implementation under Notes/Domino 6.5.
