Onlineshop: Rollout in affiliate in Austria

Brief description
An additional sales channel for the sale of products via the Internet is to be created for the affiliate in Austria (AT) of a DIY chain. For this purpose, an online shop is being set up which enables potential customers to order the products offered via the Internet. The processes required for this are designed and implemented in cooperation with the shop software SAP Hybris, the central ERP system in SAP ERP 6.0 Retail and the store retailing system.

Subject description
Logistics processing of customer orders takes place in SAP Retail. The following processes are relevant: Shipping from stores in Austria, Third-Party Deliveries, Warehouse Deliveries from German distribution centers, Returns Processing of the stores in Austria.
