Brief description
The task includes ensuring operation, new installations and further organizational development of the department for the MS SQL Server used by the customer. Furthermore, license management, bid management and parts of product planning are transferred.
Supplement
The customer uses a three-figure number of MS SQL Server instances in various editions and versions. These are installed on dedicated servers and also in a private cloud. Operation of these servers is ensured. This involves processes based on Scrum and ITIL.
Subject description
The 2nd and 3rd level operation of the MS SQL server includes simple databases and also BI applications, SSIS loading routes, performance measurements, incident handling, new installations, migration support, user management and consulting. The individual servers have a wide variety of application purposes.
